We are delighted our Bid was accepted by KI and are now looking forward to the challenge ahead, we are confident of getting the necessary Funding. There are so many people we are gratefull to, Sue Thornley our Architect, who did the '97 survey, John Black from CEIS who prepared the Business Plan, also the Students from Calidonian University, the Computer Corner who got the Webb Site up and running. The Antiquarians for their book in support of the Hall.
We are also gratefull to the Archectural Heritage Fund and Lloyds TSB for the funds for the Options Appraisal. Our thanks too must go to the Kirkintilloch Herald for its Continued support. And last but not least we are indebited to the people who joined the Trust and particulary to those who brought such varied skills.
We are through the first round for Big Lottery Funding and then Historic Scotland. Now we are seeking members of the Community with skills in Development and Management to join us and contribute their experience and expertise to the next phase of bringing the Town Hall back into community use.
