At a Trust meeting on 4th March 08 Sue gave the following report

Sue Thornley our Architect gave a presentation starting off the meeting, firstly advising that we do not go over budget. She then produced architects interpreted drawings of the old building and proposed new building ,going in to detail regarding various items, some of which included, reducing the administration arc, opening the existing foyer to be linked with the new building, stairs to the upper floor, the letting space could be used by charities, each having their own storage area/cabinets, a suggestion that glazing could perhaps be inststaled towards the back of the upper floor, but no windows have been decided  upon

yet, talk of creating a screen of some sort at the front of the builing ,etc.etc, All areas of the building  would be accessible to everyone. Sue also advised that the stonework team were in attendance today,05 March the asbestos report was not too bad and that scaffolding had been erected today also with engineers  inspecting loft  areas etc, Robert Wilson kindly paying for the scaffolding and associated  items.
